Dan Steele air dropped into the comedy scene in 2010 as Australia's own Asylum Seeker, the only one. After watching the comedy scene for a number of years prior, he completely dropped his civilian life, ditched the mortgage, grabbed his guitar and started doing all the things his guitar, camera and lights led him to do. "My passion is comedy, music and visual media, I see myself as a live comedian and screen comedian, they're both very different and that's exciting, Actually it just means I get to work all the time".

"I'm An Asylum Seeker" is a double set - (6 song CD plus DVD with the 6 film clips) and even without the Indonesian Dwarf or Crowe in a Speedo, songs like Bill Gates Can Kiss My Crack and My Bike Doesn't Have A Seat should be cause for concern, but it seems to be very popular.
